Since the beginning of winter, the global COVID-19 epidemic situation has become more severe. Sporadic cases and clustered outbreaks have frequently occurred in many parts of China. Coupled with the recent strong cold wave, virus mutations, and frequent personnel movement during the holidays, etc.

Coupled with recent factors such as strong cold waves, virus mutations, and frequent personnel flow during holidays, the risk of epidemic transmission has been increasing. To consolidate the hard-won achievements in epidemic prevention and control, and to resolutely win the people's war, the overall war, and the containment war against the epidemic, the company will further strengthen its COVID-19 prevention and control work. The following proposals are hereby put forward:
1. Enhance self-protection awareness, develop good hygiene and protection habits, wear masks scientifically, wash hands frequently, maintain a one-meter distance, exercise more, and be the first person responsible for your own health. If you have symptoms such as fever or discomfort, you should wear a mask and go to a fever clinic at a medical institution for treatment in a timely manner.
2. Adhere to the principle of no unnecessary gatherings. Try to avoid going to enclosed places with poor air circulation and crowded places. In public places, try not to touch public items and parts, and do not directly touch buttons when taking elevators. After returning from public places, wash your hands immediately with hand sanitizer or soap and running water.
3. Strengthen publicity and public opinion guidance. Through websites, WeChat, text messages, and other means, learn and forward epidemic prevention knowledge issued by the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters and disease control departments. Guide company personnel to strengthen personal protection, actively assist and cooperate with relevant government departments in doing a good job in public opinion guidance on the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic, do not believe in, create, or spread rumors, and consciously accept local epidemic prevention and control management.
4. Do not purchase or purchase less imported food. Purchase cold chain and seafood products from regular shopping malls and supermarkets. When purchasing, check the traceability certificate, entry-exit inspection and quarantine certificate, nucleic acid test certificate, and disinfection certificate (the "four certificates"). Do not purchase or consume imported cold chain food without relevant certificates or online cold chain food. When selecting frozen and fresh food, use a disposable plastic bag to cover your hand to avoid direct contact with your hand.
5. Do a good job in normalized epidemic prevention and control work in the factory area. Strictly adhere to relevant epidemic prevention and control management systems, ensuring that everyone is "responsible for, in charge of, and dedicated to epidemic prevention"; company personnel must maintain a certain distance during business negotiations and reduce unnecessary dinners and gatherings; all personnel who have been in contact with high or medium-risk areas or have been outside the county must report to the company office immediately; security guards at the gate should do a good job in registering personnel and vehicles entering and leaving the factory area.
6. Regularly carry out environmental disinfection. Employees of each department should regularly disinfect public areas of the unit, focusing on areas with frequent personnel traffic, such as duty rooms, meeting rooms, toilets, corridors, and passages.
7. Give full play to the exemplary role of Party members and cadres. Party members and cadres should stand out in the face of emergencies and be at the forefront of epidemic prevention and control, taking the lead in implementing various prevention and control requirements and uniting the whole hospital's strong positive energy of working together to overcome difficulties.
