The company attaches great importance to the R&D and production of differentiated and functional polyester industrial fibers, and has established a research and development center and an industry-university-research base in cooperation with Beijing Institute of Textile Science, Donghua University, and Yantai University. The company owns Swiss Buehler SSP solid-state polymerization equipment and German Barmag industrial filament spinning equipment. Using the chip melt spinning process, it produces 50,000 tons of "Zhonglun" brand polyester industrial fibers of various specifications and models (500D-4000D) and 50,000 tons of fiber-grade high-viscosity chips annually. Products are widely used in high-end automotive tire, seat belts, airbags and other automotive fiber fields; highway grids, slope protection, dam embankments and other major environmental and water conservancy projects; airport and exhibition center membrane structure materials, large-scale mine transportation belts, engineering lifting tackles, light box advertising cloth, tarpaulin, fishing nets, cables and industrial sewing threads and other various industrial textile fields.
